Self Edge is a new modern Japanese restaurant from Aleksey Burov and Pavel Kokkov. An excellent collection of sake and wine, wild-caught fish from the Sea of Japan and the Atlantic, wagyu, stylish interiors, and great music are just some of the things you can enjoy here.

We're especially proud of our tableware, which includes authentic Japanese plates and chopsticks paired with Austrian and English glassware.

Every week we air deliver Japanese oysters and serve chef's special – the rarest seafood and fish of the highest quality, from sea urchins to Spisula and Anadara clams.
