Ground is the 1960s-style wine bar on the ground floor of the Greek taverna Pame.
This summer sommeliers Adelaide Iskhakova and Evgenii Shamov, St. Petersburg's most famous sommelier, open a special place for friends with an unconventional collection of wine where chef Vasiliy Ratner offers finger food and snacks.

Evgenii Shamov says, "Earth is our home and the origin for wine. Life in a big city breaks the bond with earth, with wine. Ground is the place that gives you back that connection.

Every week Adelaide and Evgenii change wine list and every Wednesday they serve six new wines by the glass depending on their mood and season.
