Self Edge Japanese is a new modern Japanese restaurant by Alexey Burov and Pavel Kokkov. Excellent sake collection and wine list, wild fish from the Japanese Sea and the Atlantic Ocean, wagyu, stylish interior and cool music.

The tableware at Self Edge Japanese are a particular source of pride. The dishes and chopsticks are from Japan and the glassware is from Austria and England.

Every week we bring Japanese oysters by air and organize chefs special: the rarest and highest quality seafood and fish from sea urchins to surf clams and Anadara.
