Our team has tamed smoke and fire: Aleksey Burov and Aleksey Kanevsky, the only experts in authentic Texas barbeque in Russia, mastered their craft in Austin, Texas, the USA.

We specialise in brisket, the cut of meat from the breast of beef, that we cook in the smoker for 14-16 hours. Aleksey Kanevsky personally designed the smoker to provide not only unmatched quality but also experience: you can see it in the open kitchen, the heart of the restaurant.

Smoke BBQ has two floors and a spacious backyard, where every summer you can enjoy delicious picnics and brunches.

We take special pride in the restaurant's impressive collection of our favourite wines, bourbon, and beer from our Dreamteam brewery. Smoke BBQ hosts the Smoke & Fire festival, caters barbeque parties and corporate events, and delivers our specials around Moscow.We've been open on 18 Trubnaya street since 2019.
